Prices
Product prices are expressed in Euros (€) and do not include the Value Added Tax (VAT) in force for the respective product categories to which they belong. The total price resulting at the end of the order includes shipping costs, any VAT, but not any customs duties and/or additional taxes on the sale. Price variations are possible for reasons beyond the control of OSLV ITALIA srl and in this case the site will be updated with the new price.

REGISTRATION
To make a purchase on care.oslv.com it is not necessary to register on the site, you can also make purchases as a guest user. Registration is free, quick and does not entail any obligation to purchase.

How to register?
You must fill out the registration form with your data - personal and anagraphic - and choose the password. After entering all the necessary data, a confirmation message will inform you of the registration. From that moment you will be a registered user and can enter the reserved area.

What is it for?

PURCHASE
OSLV ITALIA srl reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of doubts about the veracity - incomplete or inconsistent personal data, payment defaults already manifested in previous purchases, doubtful authenticity of the credit card - or in case of unavailability of the products. The communication of refusal or cancellation of the order (via email or telephone) may not be timely and may also occur following subsequent contact by the customer.

How to purchase?
Purchasing on care.oslv.com is simple:

1. Click on the desired product to access the relevant product sheet and view in detail all the relevant information on the product itself. Select the quantity and any additional options, then click on "Add to cart".
2. If you have not yet logged in, the system will request your identification data (login and password) with which you registered on care.oslv.com, otherwise you can decide to proceed with a purchase without registering on the site as a guest user.
3. Read the order summary and select the payment method: bank transfer (for Italy and abroad), PayPal (online advance payment - for Italy and abroad) and credit card (online advance payment - for Italy and abroad).
4. If you choose to pay by credit card or PayPal you will access a protected PayPal page.

Removing a product from the cart

PAYMENT SECURITY

SHIPPING TIMES
Italy: shipping takes place within 2 days from material ready in stock, 24 hours after the order registration date. Any delays in delivery may be caused by the temporary unavailability of the products or malfunctions in the service by the courier. In the latter case, OSLV ITALIA srl will not be held responsible. Delivery times may be subject to delays in the event of holidays.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
Italian law (art. 52 et seq. Legislative Decree 206/2005) establishes that the consumer who acts for purposes unrelated to his/her commercial activity - excluding retailers and companies - can exercise the right of withdrawal and return a product to the seller, in the cases provided for by law, and obtain a refund. For any reason the customer is not satisfied with the purchase made, he/she will therefore have the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty.

How do you exercise the right of withdrawal?

The return is at the customer's expense.
An essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the return of the purchased products in perfect condition, unused, with original labels not removed and provided with the original packaging. The returned products must also be carefully packaged, so as to safeguard the original packaging from any damage, writing or affixing of labels. The transport risks for the return of the products will be entirely borne by the customer. Damaged, used or assembled products will not be replaced or refunded.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
The time for refunding the purchase price is approximately 30 days, while the replacement of the product takes place within approximately 30 days, after checking the condition of the returned product.

In case of payment by credit card, the refund is made by re-crediting the amount and the refund time may vary based on the credit card used. The refund excludes transport costs, both for sending and returning the goods, and any customs duties/taxes.

REQUESTS AND COMPLAINTS
The maximum timeframes within which to submit requests or complaints are as follows:

• 30 DAYS for complaints relating to defective, missing or non-corresponding goods.
• 30 DAYS for requests relating to shipments or deliveries (e.g.: package not received, package in storage, delivery problems, etc.).
• 14 DAYS for requests relating to payment transactions or refunds.
